Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio is partnering up with Dezer Development, property developers, and Related Group, builders of luxury condos, on a new project in Florida.
Armani/Casa will be responsible for designing the interiors of a new luxury residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. The architect behind the 60-floor tower is Argentinian-born César Pelli who is known for having created the Petronas Twin Towers, Malaysia, amongst numerous other famous landmarks.
The Armani Residences will comprise 260 luxury residences, ranging in price from $1.2 million to $5.5 million. Prospective residents can expect the condo to include a full-service restaurant, a gym and spa.

This marks yet another foray by Armani into luxury real estate: Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio was set up by the Armani Group in 2003 and has worked on projects including The World Towers in Mumbai and Century Spire, in Manila.
In a statement Giorgio Armani said: “On a project like this, where we have the benefit of partnering with a talented architect like César Pelli, we get the opportunity to create something really very special – a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance.”
The project is expected to be completed in 2016.
