Head of Wholesale- Luxury Lifestyle Company Full-time

We are recruiting a Head of Wholesale/Wholesale manager (level dependent). Reporting to the General Manager this role is responsible for delivering the wholesale sales opportunity and taking the brand internationally.

Our client is looking for someone, who:

• Delivers and aims to exceed departmental sales, services and margin plans
• Represents thebrand and core values, upholding the set organizational tools and company initiatives
• Identifies potential sales opportunities for the brand and seeks out the right partnerships proposing to directors once researched
• Builds and manages Key external stakeholder relationships (e.g. stockists, distributors) to ensure maximum return on investment and to deliver company objectives.
• Partner training and development – identifies what is needed for partners to be best trained to sell the brand and propose training scheme
• Supports the Directors and General Manager in delivering all business objectives
• Management of their team, coaching productivity and performance of everyone, ensuring each team member is achieving their Personal Best (PB) through the KPIS set with quarterly check-ins and annual performance appraisal
• Mentoring of their team, the grooming of the next level executive in ensuring margin and targets are at the forefront of decisions and how to deal with issues regarding supply chain / partners / team teaching good problem solving skills in the process

Applicants must demonstrate at least 2 years in a wholesale management role with a previous minimum 2 years as account executive ,with a proven track record in delivering strong sales growth.
