Luxury Personal Shopper / Stylist Full-time

Position Summary:

The Stylist is responsible for image consulting, curating personal style, and consistently providing a superior level of service. Through passionate fashion expertise Stylists are responsible for driving business revenue, increasing customer conversion and retention, introducing new customers to the brand and creating brand loyalty.

Role Priorities:
Drive tangible revenue & intangible revenue through customer acquisition, retention, growth and satisfaction
Consult with clients and prospects regarding fashion trends and their individual needs

Performance Requirements:
Construct clear and accessible lines of communication for current and prospective clients
Optimize the customer experience through personalized, premium, high-touch service
Establish strong personal relationships with clients to encourage customer loyalty and increase revenue
Build spend levels of existing client base to VIP level
Maintain base of global contacts and comprehensive knowledge of industry leaders
Recognize and avert probability of lapsed customers via outstanding service and consistent communication
Collaborate with Retail Director and CRM to devise and implement effective customer outreach methods to engage potential clients and reconnect with lapsed customers
Respond to customer queries and needs effectively & efficiently, acting with urgency to deliver results
Execute loyalty program benefits to qualified clients; devise ways to surprise & delight clientele
Ensure product arrival notification emails sent, special orders processed and team workload is met
Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed customer expectations
Collaborate with Customer Care, ensure that every team member adopts a customer-centric approach
Act as a business owner, mentor to junior team members, and positive brand advocate

Essential Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements

Minimum Experience:
Experience as a Personal Stylist, fashion concierge or retail associate in fashion and luxury goods retail with an established clientele required
Superior market, product and brand awareness, and exceptional ability to match this knowledge to customers’ needsIndustry Experience:
Luxury: past experience within luxury product and a keen understanding of luxury client attributes, needs and expectations
Customer Service: past experience and/or demonstrated appreciation and understanding of the importance of customer care as a function of the business-specific

Skill Requirements:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Written and spoken fluency in at least one other foreign language advantageous

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
